Footprint Software has been building software for the financial industry
in Canada for over ten years. Over the last year we have established
a presence in the Asia Pacific region.

Our lead product in this area is Visual Banker, a sales and marketing
support system for branch staff which integrates the presentation of
client and product data gather from legacy systems and LAN databases
with product simulations, online product information and multimedia
facilities. Visual Banker is currently delivered using Smalltalk/V
on OS/2, but other combinations are planned.

We now have a number of vacancies for Smalltalk programmers, analysts,
designers and project leaders to work on customising and enhancing
Visual Banker for banks in Australia and south-east Asia. Current
projects are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Bangkok.

We are looking for people with at least 2 years Smalltalk experience.
Experience in any of the following would also be an advantage:

Schlaer/Mellor OOAD
GUI Design
Testing
Team leadership
Communication (LU2, LU6.2)

Footprint were the first company to be granted Regional Headquarters
(RHQ) status by the Australian government, which makes it easier for
us to obtain visas for foreign nationals. We are interested in people
who can commit to staying in the Asia Pacific region for at least 12
months and preferably longer.

If you are interested in these positions please contact Steve Hayes
at steve@mhs.oz.au. All correspondence should be in ASCII only.
