You need VOS2 2.11 (the latest VPMVM) to run VOS2 under Warp (it's available form Digitalk) and even
then things are very shaky.

Digitalk officially supports only VST 3.0 on Warp and they seem to be well aware of the problem with
VOS2 2.x. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get a clear statement from them as to whether they
are working on the problem or not.

Anyway, I had moderate succes by using the following somewhat ridiculous procedure that was 
suggested by someone else:

Never save your image with anything else than the Transcript open.
Immediately after startup (after the Transcript appears) do one or more  task switches (Ctrl-Esc). 
After that, things are usually relatively stable but I would certainly not do any "real" development
in this environment (too risky) unless I get a reliable fix.
