You did not include information about which tcp/ip stack you are using.
When we tested DST on the various TCP/IP products available commercially,
we found that they behave subtly or not so subtly different (isn't a
'standard' wonderful?).

The most efficient way for you to get DST support is to call the HP
Response Center for your area. In the USA, the DST support number is
1-800-633-3600. I do not know the number for your country. To find out, 
call your HP sales representative or an HP office.
