Not true.  There are released versions for both Windows 3.1 and OS/2.
IBM gave away free demo CD-Roms containing both versions (and the team
programming environment, otherwise known as Envy) at OOPSLA.  We've been
experimenting with the Windows version, and it works.

Incidentally, just so you don't get picked up by the Registered
Trademark Police, you should know that VisualAge is based on IBM
Smalltalk.  Visual Smalltalk, on the other hand, is the new name for
Smalltalk/V from Digitalk, as of the new 3.0 release.
