        SUMMARY Smalltalk/V Win32s v2.0 Grayable ListBox

This VWin32s File-In provides a ListBox (GrListBox) that knows how to disable
certain items upon command and make them become disabled (grayed out).
The GrListBox displays these disabled items using the foreground color
'ClrPalegray' and it will send the appropriate WindowBuilder-Pro callback
message when one of these grayed items is either clicked or doubleClicked.
