Well, the original book (having that title) is indeed out of print, but
the revision (simply called "Smalltalk 80: The Language") is not.  I
just got one direct from Addison-Wesley last week.  It is lacking the
entire fourth section on implementation (except for the introductory
chapter, which has been moved to the start of section three), but is
otherwise intact, more or less.  (Some revisions and corrections, I
guess.)
