The purpose of the UIUC and manchester archives are for public domain code for
the Smalltalk community at large to benefit from.  To take code
from there, fix it, and sell it for money seems very wrong to me.  If you 
make fixes to these components they should be sent back to the UIUC archive
so that all can benefit from the fixes.  IMO, I don't think components were put 
there for someone else to make money off of them.

Maybe I'm incorrect in my opinions, what is the "official" (read generally
accepted) policy on use of code from the UIUC archives???
