Is the VWin32 really that bad? I have been using VWin16 and VOS2,
which both provide adequate performance with machines respective 
for the operating system (8MB RAM for Win16 and 10-12 MB for OS/2 RAM).

I have been very happy with the OS/2 VOS2, although its integration
with OS/2 is, well, not very good. And VOS2 lacks exceptions etc. :-(
(should be corrected in the next release, I hope :-)
