It may not be in the FAQ, but it is a FAQ. C-Prolog is (should not) be
available for download because it is licensed exclusively by

   EdCAAD
Dept. of Architecture, University of Edinburgh, 20 Chambers
   Street, Edinburgh EH1 1JZ, Scotland

I am the main author of C-Prolog, and I don't think it has been seriously
updated since I last touched it in 1983 (12 years ago!). In the meanwhile
there have been many advances in Prolog implementation, so I would
consider alternatives unless you cannot find anything else that will run
on a particular machine. The FAQ lists several good recent
implementations, some free, some commercial.
