Depending on how much you are willing to pay. Arity Prolog is relatively
cheap, has no built-in WPS graphic predicates, and a reasonably good
development environment.

On the other extreme there is one from IBM. It has everything you can
hope for and more, but very expensive. In the middle (price wise) there
is IF Prolog. The only thing I don't like it is that you have to pay
royalty fees for your distributed applications.

SWI Prolog is free (I think) but don't know how good it is. You can find
all these in the FAQ (haven't seen one for a long time though).
