Let me also add the Cogent architecture is intended to be an open 
archticture, so that any extensions to the language can be easily 
distributed to other Cogent customers.  So for example, if you design a 
programmatic interface from Prolog to Windows for a University setting, 
you can redistribute that interface.

We also provide a means for redistributing code, and include customer 
contributed software on our distribution disks, such as the DOS GUI 
interface mentioned in a previous post.
