It wasn't what _I_ was hoping to see.  I was disappointed by the Forth
submission.  There was no hint about the power of the language itself.
All I learned was that the author made use of an existing routine.

I wanted to ask, "Now show me what changes have to be made to give
HeptaDecimal (base 17) representation."

Seeing those changes would, I think, show me something about the power
of the language.
