I've got feel 0.92b, but it's pretty old. Has Eulisp stalled, now that
Common Lisp is more widely available?

No, EuLisp has stalled largely because the group didn't ask for a
continuation of European Commission funding. This is because we
basically finalized the definition. However, the work is continuing
in a number of separate areas. For instance:

* Another European community project focused in using EuLisp and
  related technologies for distributed computing.

* Work at Bath University on a successor to FEEL.

* Work at Kiel University (I think) in Germany on an optimizing EuLisp
  compiler.

* Informal discussions about EuLisp via email concerning language
extensions, FFI issues, a possible new stream system, and so on.

* Our own commercial implementation of a large part of EuLisp,
including Telos, the condition system, etc. in Ilog Talk.

There may of course be other EuLisp-related projects going on of which
I'm not aware.
