: Recently I got a strange telephone call from a person calling himself
: "Alexplore". This call contained strange and vague threats about myself.
: The caller refused to explain the steps he was going to take.

Hi Igor,
You just have to treat it the way you would the same event if it
took place after placing a classified ad in a paper. The public is
the public wherever it goes and, well, laws are what they are.
Just report it to the phone co. if you would otherwise. Consider
caller-id service from the phone company. Best regards, James Febbo
