I would like to compile GNU Common Lisp on a 386 PC
with the Gnu C compiler (DJGPP 1.12). I expected this would be
straightforward, but the file dosmake.bat which is provided
did not succeed - apparently it came under the impression that
the machine had become o SUN workstation. I got the archive
file from cmu.cs.edu (gcl-1.0.tgz) - is there some other
archive somewhere containing a cutdown version of this which
would compile on a PC without much alteration?

I will appreciate any help or suggestion.

Michal.
