I have been using XLISP-STAT from the University of Minnesota
(umnstat.stat.umn.edu) on Microsoft Windows 3.1

The package provides for calling DLL's from Xlisp. Unfortunately, the
calling convention seems to be for C not the Pascal calling convention
used in Windows (even though the package runs on Windows).

Has anyone used XLISP-STAT with standard MS Windows DLL's and if so,
how? Any help would be appreciated.
