Occaisonally, when looking for some source code, I go look in the contrib
directory at ftp.digitool.com. However, I find it extremely difficult to
figure out what things are without simply downloading them and seeing.
Given that there are a large number of files, this seems pretty
impractical.

It seems like whoever maintains the "contrib" directory should keep a
catalog of what's in there. Is that possible? Is it too much work to do
that?
