A while back there was some discussion here about recompiling the Mindy
Streams library for the mac in order to change the end-of-line delimiter
from \n to \r.  Having just tried to do it and realized it's not simply a
matter of dropping the sources on the compiler, I wondered if anyone has 
either actually done it already, so I don't have to, or has a copy of the
posting that explained how to do it.
