As the release notes state, "In the future this may be included with MacMarlais."
The nice people at Apple Cambridge have told me they are working on allowing it to
be bundled with MacMarlais. They have to do some legal gymnastics to get it worked
out.

Now, I agree it's a good idea for them to have a copy available locally. That should be
easier for them to arrange.
