Hi,

you may consider the use of Ilog Solver, a C++ library for solving
combinatorial problems. This library handle non linear constraints on
floating point variable, as well as the more traditional finite
domain constraints (i.e. constraints on integers).
You can find information about this library on
our web server (see my signature below).

You can also send a more detailed description of your probblem to
solver-support@ilog.fr, and we will study it.

I hope this helps.
