The latest application of Constraint Handling Rules (CHRs) brings
constraint reasoning to the internet.  CHRs are a high-level language
for writing constraint solvers. This ECLiPSe application is an expert system
available on the world-wide-web. It computes the estimated rent of a
flat based on its description as input by the user. Thanks to
constraint technology, the description can be incomplete.
