I'll let other people speak about Ilog Solver since I am a little biased ;-)

I only want to mention here that we now have a web server form which you can
retrieve some published papers about Ilog Solver and Ilog Schedule.

The URL is

http://www.ilog.fr

In order to retrieve Solver papers, go to the Product section, and select
Ilog Solver, then select one of the paper that may interest you.
The papers are available through different format, including postscript.
In order to retrieve scheduling papers, select Ilog Schedule, and proceed as
for Solver.

This server is brand new, thus it will evolve quit a lot in the next months.

If you experience any problem, please email to info@ilog.fr
