That may be true, but actually, I'd say it may not be. (since the 
statements look more like Prolog than LISP, but it was labeled
as a LISP question.

Thinking about it a little more, it might be input to some kind of
theorem proving system (since-| is used sometimes to mean 'implies')
though the homework theory has merit when you notice the spurious close
parenthesis on line 3...
