I do believe that a number of issues are confused here. The words "determine,"
"random," "choice," and "decision" are confusing the issue. Most importantly, a
critical issue is being overlooked. Each rational being possesses its own aims,
goals, and the like. It is around this center that decisions are made. Hence,
there is no randomness. However, decisions are not predetermined because for
every intent, there are a variety of possible vehicles, and it is not until a
decision is made that there is any determination.
