Try the book by Vilem Novak, titled "The alternative mathematical model of
linguistic semantics and pragmatics", Plenum Press, New York,
ISBN 0-306-44269-8

It mainly talks about AST (Alternative Set Theory) but has some chapters on
fuzzy sets as well.
