              PhD Research Studentship in Cognitive Science

A UK research council studentship is available for three years at the
University of Birmingham. Candidates should normally have a good first
degree (upper second class or better) in a relevant discipline.

As regards proposed research area, any topic in cognitive science will
be considered, including, for example, vision, language, HCI, neural
computation, evolutionary computation, motivation and emotions,
intelligent tutoring systems, forms of representation and reasoning, and
effects of brain damage. Other topics may be considered.
