PCAI, its published out of Phoenix Arizona USA, by some people who really
love the field. It is their only publicition.

(No, I don't work for them, but they do publish some of my articles so
I've got some bias.)

PCAI
3310 West Bell Rd., Suite 119
Phoenix, AZ 85023

TEL (602)971-1869
FAX (602)971-2321

Subscriptions are, according to a recent subscription card in the
magazine:

1 year (6 issues) $21.95
2 years (12 issues) $37.95
3 years (18 issues) $49.95

There's some fine print that says Canada and Mexico add $9 for postage,
and other non-US countries add $25 for airmail postage. (I don't know if
this is per year or you get a break for multiple years.)
