Hi, Just a quick message. I am wondering whether there are any free
lance jobs available with EA UK. I am an Engineer Officer in the Royal
Air Force based in England. I have experience of C, C++, Parallel C,
Pascal, Modula-2 and 6502 and x86 assembler programming. All my
experience lies in real time 3d engine programming. I have a degree in
Electronic Systems Engineering and my final year thesis (4 years ago) was
to write a real time 3d engine which would produce visuals when
interfaced with a real time Tow Missile aerodynamic model. The project
was using T800 transputers tied to a 286 PC (things have come a long way
since then!) In the intervening time I have been converting the engine to
be soley PC based. I have experience with Borland C ver 4 and MASM v.6.
I would be interested in working on a 3d project with High colour SVGA
graphics, using texture mapping and possibly some form of z-buffering
algorithm although I am not adverse to sprite type games. Programming
and gaming are some of my hobbies. I may be looking for a permanent job
in the public sector in the future but not immediately. I have anything
to offer your organisation please do not hesitate to contact me.
