CH>I am looking for an Expert System Shell written in C++
CH>program language. I would greatly appreciate if somebody
CH>points me where I can get a source code.

You might try to get a copy of a book called C/C++ for Expert
Systems, by David Hu. It was published in 1989 by MIS Press,
with ISBN 0-943518-86-5. It cost $49.95, but came with a
diskette of the source code from the book.
