Over the last weeks I have been following the Brain/Mind discussions in
this newsgroup with great interest, and I realized that there must be
some books out there that I should read. So I hope some of you can give
me hints in deciding which ones to start with.

An author called Searle is referred to quite frequently, so what are his
publications so far and which ones do you recommend ?

Where can I find a description of the Turing test and something about
Goedel's theorems ?

Where can I find the Chinese room argument ?

              Thanks for your help,

                       Thomas Erlebach
