Does it stand to reason that a perception of consciousness must be
represented in some space/time event?

The nature of such an event can be the fireing of a 'perceptron-like' object.
However the single 'bit' perception can also be represented non-localy as a
set of constraints that in the apropo combination signify the given
event or datum.

This brings us to the true nature of consciousness as a local or distributed
perception. These two are fundimentally isomorphic and each lend insights
about 'mystical edge' and computational aspect of the BIG "C"
