Many years ago, the accuracy of weather forecasing was lower than
these days because of lack of knowledge and accurate instruments. But
human gradually extracted some relation between some parameters and
weather forecasting and made some proper instrument in order to
measure these parameters. After this simple and non professional
introduction I have a question:
Is a weather forecaster who uses this instruments and theories
intelligent?
If the answer is no, why?
If the answer is yes, aren't some animals like horse so ? If yes, it
is intrinsic. Is it modelable?
