Not until the collapse of the wave function can we observe if Penrose
is naked or not. Until then, he is a state of both full dress and
undress, both at the same time.

Penrose's book is mostly Physics, QM and GR and all that. That's the
thrust, and he is AI, computer science may need be shakey: I think he
admits that much about his neural science in the preface.
