I am trying to understand Putnam's theorem in the Appendix to
"Representation and Reality," without yet having read the entire
book. The Appendix does not include technical definitions of
key terms, such as "realization" and "ordinary open system."
The book has no subject index, and I can't find where in the
book these notions are made more precise.
Can anyone help, either with page references or with
definitions of the above two terms? Thanks.
