I think phil.tech is a good place, but unfortunately the giant Searle War
is now in both phil.tech and ai.phil and it's burying everything else.
For the same reason (Gaint Searle War), ai.phil isn't a very good
forum for much else.  But if the Searle debate could get out of .tech,
then the (comp.ai.philosophy,sci.philosophy.tech) combination might
again be reasonable.
