On the one hand, I almost didn't include these last two in my list for fear
that it would confuse the issue.  On the other hand, I wanted to indicate that
the number of auxiliary hypotheses are not finite.  These last two examples
were intended as a semi-humorous way to do that.  I'm glad someone appreciated
the humor.
