Probably the lamest phrase to come out of my keyboard in a couple of
months. Further apologies to everybody who cringed reading it. I suppose
I meant "the issue of intentionality", which I was thinking of as the
(fundamental) issue of Artificial Intelligence (from the point of view
of the relevance of Searle's Chinese Room).
