Well, if instead you have asked about creating an AI device which tested
as a smart dog (and behaved as friendly) she would most likely consider
it a great success, and order one. (I would too).

Most people would rather see(adopt) a smart & friendly dog than a retarded
human. But this is not sci.math any more.
