No, behaviorism was pushed aside because it denied the importance of
one of the most fundamental aspects of human cognition -- self
awareness.

] A good look may reveal another point. We start with simple rules that
]we all have and they are built upon by how be experience the world.
]If this is behavorism, then yes i state that anything that appears to be
]intelligent is just that BECAUSE i have no other means which to judge it.

Then all you are doing is re-defining the word "intelligent", and you
are not talking about the thing that most people mean when they say
"intelligent". If you are willing to admit that, then you are welcome
to your abuse of the word.

] I have also seen the argument alot that we manipulate thoughts while
]machine manipulate symbols... then tell me this what is .. 1 ..?
] That is a SYMBOL. Nothing more. It represents the idea of numerical
]singularity. When we look at the statement : 1+1=2.

Formalism in mathematics is more dead than behaviorism in psychology.
The statement 1+1=2 is clearly not about symbols. There is a lot of
argument what the statement is talking about, but no one who works
seriously on the subject today claims that it is just about symbols.
