My anger threshold has been exceeded...

You know Mikhail, you appear to have a very large ego. It also appears
exceedingly fragile; since you choose to vehemently defend yourself and
your budd(y,ies).

Frankly, if Herb Enderton feels so inclined, he should be able defend
his work and himself; quite nicely without you. Don't presume you can
speak for anyone except yourself.

On the subject of learning...(hmm)...everyone learns in their own
unique way. If some learn via informal/layman texts, while others
learn from scholarly/erudite texts, what does it matter? The key is
that both learn.

Lastly, you declare that you have no problems relating to others, yet
one of your postings states: "You see, Norm, I really don't give a fuck
whether you, or anybody else...". And you believe that your egocentric
attitude is the sound basis for healthy relationship/relating? You have
little understanding of give-and-take.

Take a hike.

Andrew.
