Hi All,
       As a newly converted ML programmer (ML being similar to Lisp, but
much much better, and best of all, developed partially by my department),
I am planning to implement some functions which will allow the training of
neural networks using back-propogation.  Any words of encouragement and/or
advice are welcome.
