I'm looking for a professional neural network simulator running on Intel
based Windows NT. It should be able to handle large trainingsets (for example
100.000 pairs, 64Mb) and will be mainly used for feedforward networks.
Other learning algorithms than classical backpropagation should be available.
Generation of stand alone C or C++ code should be possible. A data analysis /
preprocessing module would be handy, but isn't strictly neccesary.
The price of the package is not much of a concern, good support from the
software manufacturer is more important.

The Neuralware software appears to be professional but runs under MS-DOS,
resulting in reduced performance and an out of date user interface.

I'd be very interested in experiences/opinions of people that have used
NN-simulators for Windows 3.x or NT on non-toy problems, and of people that
have already been looking for these kinds of packages.
