   "How the Brain Works and More" is a simplistic presentation of
some useful concepts on cortical organization.   Author Paul Bush
describes the bootstrapping of the infant mind  and wisely states
that  "If a new pattern is too different,  it cannot be learned."
The far more detailed theory at "http://www.newciv.org/Mentifex/"
may indeed be too different, too novel, and too beyond the canons
