I got started on that road about 6 months ago - may still end up doing it.  The
problem was whether to implement the neural net as a "block diagram" structure, 
which is very tedious and processing time is slow, or whether to use an acceptable
C compiler like Watcom-C or maybe Visual-C (?).  The latter is preferable because of
speed - BUT I haven't gotten to the point of linking in the C++ module with the rest
of Labview.
