I am looking for a progressive minded company, institution or group of
programmers to link up with, who want to play a leading role in
Multimedia development, and are able to consider and develop a much
better way of making and presenting interactive audio-visual
presentations over new emerging Broadband telecommunications networks,
then what is currently being shown and spoken about in the
marketplace.

I am a golf professional who has spoken with numerous companies over
the last few years about a truly revolutionary interactive
PERSONALISED video system I perceived a number of years ago, which is
now protected in most of the worlds major countries, patents recently
issued in Australia & America, when those now talking about what new
Broadband telecommunications can do, didnt think much of real time
video even being able to be sent down a telephone line.

Following is an example of what the idea I perceived is capable of
achieving today for just these applications.

1. For On-line Instructional Video Services

Instead of just showing OLD Video technology through new Broadband
networks, like many are now planning to do, where a famous instructor
or adviser cannot teach you personally, and gives the same static
advice once again to everyone, for you to then workout your own
differences. How much better would it be if that famous instructor
could teach YOU personally, and ever address you by name, as if you
were with them, for such applications as golf, dance, tennis,
baseball instruction, gym workouts etc., etc.! Well, my inventive
system allows this to happen, and any famous instructor using the
system will be able to give PERSONALISED on-line instructional advice
over such medium as the Internet without even having to see the pupils
captured digital information.

2. For Telemedicine Applications

Where developers of this technology are now only talking today about
allowing specialized doctors to view patients' images or data in a
remote location on a PC monitor, and the doctor then has to personally
contact the patient by telephone or such, to advise them of their
condition. My invention allow specialized doctors in many instances to
go about their daily work, and give the same quality of interactive
advice to remote patients, without having to see any of the patients
incoming digital information. Which then frees doctors up to go about
their work, and allows them to reach many more patients needing their
help around the world on a daily basis, without having to spend all
their time looking at a computer screen.

3. For On-line Educational Advice

Around the world today, major teaching institutions are saying about
Multimedia technology.... if their students receive educational
multimedia information from a remote database, then their faculty must
be kept fully informed of any changes in the remote operating system,
the login and logout procedures, uploading or downloading procedures,
changes in software of all kinds, and their staff are going to have to
be trained by expert technicians who are well versed in all the
technical aspects of networking and telecommunications.

By using the system I perceived the faculties concerns with Multimedia
technology are no longer a problem, because students can be directly
on-line to a more advanced interactive system, which can step them
PERSONALLY through a particular programme in real time, requiring
little or no assistance from faculty staff, and any changes to
software, or other procedures that might occur can be hidden, or
advised to the student whilst their on-line. Students learn at their
own time and pace, and receive initial advice from world renowned
specialists, in the best possible learning medium there is available
today, Audio-Visual, which can be constantly up-dated.

For Software Support

Instead of thousands of people each day now having to phone software
companies for support when they get stuck in a software program, the
system allows a person directly to be on-line to a software companies
interactive audio-visual advice. The system can sense where an end
user is in a program, and what they wish to achieve, and can then step
them through the program as if the designer of the program was looking
over their shoulder.

For Employment Opportunities over the Net

Instead of showing a person information in the form of static Images
or Text on a computer screen about a particular job vacancy, the
system can allow a person to be to tested in many situations, to see
if they have the necessary qualifications for an advertised position.
It is then able to suggest that the applicant comes in for an
interview, on a certain day and time if they meet the requirements.

For Home Shopping Applications

Instead of just showing a home viewer Images and Text again on a
screen pertaining to an item of interest, and letting them click on a
icon to receive further advice, which has not been personally tailored
specifically to their requirements, the invention is able to present
such things as clothing or hairstyles on the person, and will allow
department stores and merchants worldwide to TALK to the home viewer
PERSONALLY by NAME, about why their recommending particular goods or
services, as if the home viewer was in the store talking to the sales
person, again without the store having to see any of the home viewers
information.

My invention uses computing, telecommunications, video and remote
sensing technologies to advance a computers ability to interact with
an end user. It allows an expert system for the first time to produce
a truly personalised audio-visual presentation back to a home viewer
AUTOMATICALLY, without any human assistance.

The system I believe from study sets up the so called killer
applications for the Information Superhighway, and I am now very
interested to involve myself, my invention and ideas as mentioned with
an organization or group that has skills in such areas as Neural Nets,
Parallel Processing, Signal Processing, Pattern Recognition and Remote
Sensing. If you are such an organization or group and are interested
in this invention.... maybe we should be talking! But please do not
expect me to send information about my invention and ideas without
first knowing your credentials and then having formal disclosure
documentation in place.

Thank you for taking the time to peruse this information
