Good Day, I'm a first year CS student at University of Waterloo. I've
decided to go into a graduate program for AI, and I'm interested in NN
programming. Could anyone suggest any good web pages, ftp sites, etc.
where I could get, read, etc. information on NN programming in C/C++? Or
is NN programming possible in a specific language, like lisp? Keep in
mind, I have NO prior background in AI, and am only starting to learn.
Thanx in advance.
