Not a good idea. This will increase the number of FAQs asked here,
IMHO.  A newbie can't get all availiable material and the difference
between the FAQ and other material mentioned here is not obvious for
them, so why should he/she ftp the thing? A posted FAQ is already
availiable and has a much greter chance to be read.

However, posting a diff file that is larger than the whole FAQ didn't
make too much sense :-)
