If anyone is working on the application of neural networks to
meteorology, or knows anyone who is, I would be interested to hear
from you. Examples may be forecasting (of any meteorological
parameter), satellite imagery interpretation, severe weather warning
system. Even if NNs only form a very small part of the overall system,
I would still like to know.

The European initiative, COST-78, is aiming to conduct a comprehensive
survey of systems in this area, whether they be in the research,
pre-operational or operational stage, and I would like to collate as
much information as possible.
