	I don't even know of anyone who <wants> to "completely" 
understand the human brain, or any brain.  In fact, "understanding" is 
not the principal issue.  The principal issue (at least as I see it) is 
<building a device> (plus "software" or equivalent "experience") that 
does what a brain does.  This is much simpler and avoids all the 
"problems" of "a brain understanding itself."
