	Alireza Khotanzad and Jiin-Her Lu, "Classification of Invariant
	Image Representations using A Neural Network", IEEE Trans on
	Acoustics Speech and Signal Processing, vol.38 on 6 June, 1990.

This paper compares several statistical models with the Neural Network model;
such as Bayes classifier,Nearest-neighbour, Min-Mean Distance, on the recognition
of alphanumeric charcaters.
